Rates
A full service inspection is $380. (+GST) for a single family home up to 3,000 s.f. Larger homes are competitively priced.

Availability
Phone lines are open 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., 7 days/week. Inspections are provided during dayling hours 7 days/week. Free telephone consultation is included before and following the home inspection.

What’s included
A thorough professional home inspection of the major systems and components is performed including structure, electrical, plumbing, heating, cooling, roof and chimney, interior, exterior, insulation, and ventilation, lot grading, and basement humidity.
